A Message from Our Company’s Owner, Paul Kennedy
Before establishing Fed Up Foods, I lived in Savannah, GA, where I spent nearly 35 years running two restaurants, a food truck, and one of the largest catering companies in the city. To stay closer to my family, I decided to sell my 21-year-old catering company and relocate to Johnson City, TN.
Food has evolved so much in the past decade, and it has been fun to watch; however, I also wanted to keep my passion alive. This led me to open Fed Up Foods. My new catering business was born out of a need for a food delivery and pickup service with a twist. Johnson City has so much great food and talent, and I wanted to make them more accessible to everyone.
With my extensive food service experience, I hope to bring creative dishes to you. Usually, you have to go to a restaurant or a food truck to get delicious delights that will make you say, “Wow!” Fed Up Foods is going to change that.
Goals and Commitment
My company will continue to expand its menus to keep up with the ever-changing talent around us. Our team is driven by passion, led by God, and motivated by a sincere desire to build relationships with our guests one meal at a time.
As we grow, we will continue to look for new, fresh, and innovative ways to serve the Johnson City area. Our concept is also a more affordable way to get quality, chef-driven meals to you without paying for full-service, off-site catering.
