Expanded Menu and Weekly Specials

Fed Up Foods takes pride in being a premium alternative to full-service, off-site catering. We are constantly expanding our menu to incorporate Asian, Latin, Italian, Southern, and Southwestern cuisines that will satisfy a wide range of tastes and palates. As we move into the winter months, we will include soups and other hot meals.

“Fusion” would be the best word to describe our dishes. Our goal is to make it easy for you to serve chef-driven food at your home, office, or event that will make you go “Wow!”

Build-Your-Own-Taco Stations

We are preparing to roll out specialty build-your-own-taco stations that can be picked up from a specific location or delivered to your office, home, or event venue. Our available taco flavors include:

• Traditional Mexican - Pork, beef, or chicken with Mexican rice and all the sides
• Southwest Fajita - Steak or chicken with Southwestern rice and all the sides
• Traditional Pulled Pork BBQ - Pulled pork in a smoky sauce with sweet slaw
• Korean BBQ with Kimchi - Pulled pork with kimchi
• Banh Mi BBQ - Pulled pork or chicken with a touch of hoisin sauce served with pickled veggies and sriracha aioli
• Blackened Catch of the Day - Blackened catch of the day with Asian slaw
• Honey Lime Chipotle Pork Tenderloin - Marinated pork tenderloin with greens, cilantro, and more dressing
